Kara Gibbons, Color Guard Director
Kara Gibbons is thrilled for this season as a returning staff member for the PGHS Marching Band! She is from Anaheim, California and is currently in her third year at BYU. Since 2014 Kara has fallen in love with color guard. She is a performer in the Cougar Marching Band at BYU and a squad leader for the color guard team. Kara’s passion for the activity took her to the Winter Guard World Championships in 2022 where she was a member of Wasatch Independent, who took 6th place in Open class finals. Kara loves being a performer and looks forward to cultivating the next generation of spinners!
